Pros

The only pro is remote work

Cons

Pay is the lowest I've ever had for similar roles. Super high contact volume dealing with some of the rudest customers in the industry. The benefits are low, PTO is low. The schedule is terrible. You're expected to work weekends and holidays. You cant step away from your computer for 5 minutes without having multiple people reach out demanding an answer as to why you were not online. Their processes for supporting customer workflows are low level and they do not know how to optimize workflows. Management is non responsive and definitely isnt there to support you. Theyre only there to make sure you pump out metrics every single day. God forbid you miss an unrealistic metric you can be sure they'll then make time for you.

Pros

Please find another place to work there are no pros. Anyone who rated it 5 stars must have did so under duress.

Cons

Low pay, work every single holiday and it takes 52 hrs to get 2hrs of pto. Terrible management they hire anyone who can push the status quo. Pay is abysmal as company is headquartered in Austin and doesn’t pay a sufficient wage to cover a 1 bedroom apartment. The app is bottom tier and service is over priced DoorDash and Uber are top providers in delivery service and there is a reason for it. Only thing keeping this company afloat is the partnership with H‑E‑B and H‑E‑B isn’t a good company either so that says a lot as well. Raises are maybe 30 cents and if your manager doesn’t like you, good luck on getting a raise that year. No opportunities at career advancement yet want you to take on projects to show you are ready for a promotion that will never come. Doesn’t invest in employees but thinks food trucks two days of the week and cold brew on tap shows how cool it is to work there.
