The benefits are great. You have vacation days as soon as you start. 17-20 days the first year.

Cons

The shifts are difficult when you first start out.

Pros

Amazing service from dispatch and FedEx support. White glove, high value, high security loads that are treated as such and not pushed to be faster or cheaper. Custom Critical is an amazing division of FedEx, far too often confused with other divisions.

Cons

Work can be sporadic; one week you may not be able to keep up with the workload, the week after you may have three days off.

Nice to have health insurance that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Decent culture.

Cons

Pay starts at 11.50, and even as a top performer will take a decade to double that. Expect to work nights and weekends.
