      The benefits are great. You have vacation days as soon as you start. 17-20 days the first year.

      The shifts are difficult when you first start out.

      Great coworkers. Fun, casual environment.

      Cons

      Vacation is given on a seniority basis and many employees have been there a long time so if you need the same day off as them, they will get priority over you. It's not really a con, it was just frustrating around holidays.
