The Work/Life Balance is good, that's about it.

Cons

Company is a shell of what it once was; just had major layoffs/terminations. More may be on the way and I hear morale is extremely low. The "new" leadership is killing the culture.

Good sales leaders Great training Good PTO structure Everyone was very helpful and willing to answer questions Overall a really good first sales job for anyone trying to get some experience.

Cons

Low pay even for FedEx standard No direction from the new sales VP Set ambitious post covid goals and we’ve all seen how that’s affected businesses Wanted employees to only care about new business and not returning customers

Front line employees, Contractors, Office cleanliness

Cons

Downsizing, fear of losing job, reduced workforce, like it or leave it attitude, dismissal of management employees. Fleet size is so reduced and that makes it impossible to service the customer.
