One of the top paying LTL companies, decent benefits. Good equipment, you get vacation time when requested. Good work environment

Cons

Everything is by seniority, takes a long time to have a normal schedule and weekends off, takes 3 years for top pay

Pros

Excellent pay for being a part time job. Easily balance work and college. Room for growth in the company. Working with a plethora of people that you can easily network with.

Cons

Working in open air warehouse and dealing with the elements can be tough. The dock usually makes the winter colder, and the trailer tend to make the summer hotter. It's bearable, but tough.
