The work hours and there scheduled is conflicting with my education.

Horrible management! From the president of FedEx to the supervisors at each terminal, all play favorites and it's all about who you know. Unless you know them personally or have connections, don't plan on being promoted to supervisor or anything. No days off allowed, be it vacation or sick time. Equipment and facilities are a joke..no maintenance is done whatsoever at this place. Just whatever it takes to keep it going. They overhire...prepare for fewer hours or layoffs. As long as daddy is happy, that's all that matters though.
