Pros
Great company to work for in general. Pretty good training department if you want to go into class "A" driving. Benefits for even part-time workers.
Cons
Some of the management are lacking in the supervision skills department. Constantly being attacked by the teamsters. As with most companies, the quality of the benefits program has gone downhill.
