Moral is at an all time low which makes for long days when there is a cloud of discontent. The company asks for suggestions about day to day operations which are never implemented, its more for the sake of quieting the employees who are asking for a common sense (which is lacking) change. Plans are put in effect off the basis of a paid survey group looking at numbers for a subject which they have no intricate dealings instead considering suggestions from the people who actually take these plans from paper to a active production. The lazy and incompetent are rewarded the same as employees that take pride in their job and show an interest in wanting to make this a efficient operation.

Drivers and loaders are at the mercy of the latest corporate whim..FedEx will open and close facilities and terminals at the drop of a hat..giving little or no notice to employees and totally disregarding the loyalty of employees and the stresses placed on families...Be prepared to move like a gypsy..Don't invest in a home or plan to have your kids finish school in a specific area...FedEx demands loyalty but does NOT reciprocate except to a select few who play golf with the supervisors and managers...
