Pros
Easy work once you are adequately trained Opportunity for advancement
Cons
Pay is bad for the things they expect/make you do (i.e upselling product w/ little to no incentive) Training is really poorly managed, takes a while (6 months~) to learn most things that are in your job description, not hands on enough to start. Management is deadlocked into a certain way of thinking and doesn't mesh well with outside the box ideas.
