Really low paying job for amount of stress and work you have to do. Most employees are their for a paycheck and don't have other aspirations. No bonuses but you do get a dollar for each POM sold. Only can work 36 hrs or maybe 40 hrs anything over that you will get yelled at or even written up for it. OT available during Peak season only. FedEx Office has a habit of changing job title every 6 months.

The use of Fedex specific applications hinders your ability to do your job effectively and cuts off all opportunities to develop transferable skills. They apply the same work philosophies that work very well in the shipping industry to the printing industry but it is not working. Their emphasis on operating policies supersedes the individual's problem solving skills. They literally use cartoons to do their training. It is insulting and not helpful. They are overly concerned with irrelevant metrics that distract from the job at hand. The key to a long FedEx the not draw attention to yourself and always have a backup.
