      Pretty good company to work for. Nice benefits. Customers are very demanding and particular about their printed projects, which is to be expected. They worked with me when I moved and relocated me.

      Upper management can be a little removed and out of touch with the goings on in a particular store.

      I don't have alot of positives lately.

      Cons

      Not thought out processes. Creating too much change before it is proven or completed. 3 changes at a time are enough to focus on. FedEx changes the whole process creating 10 plus issues all at once. They expect perfection but create consistant hurdles for there employees. There is also a glass celling. Only advace if you're in the cool crowd. If you are a manger you should be empowered to take care of your Store. DM's will make decisions themat undermine the manager and expect them to deal with it.
