Pros

Good benefits Health and Retirement. Friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Lack of culture lost between the FedEx and Kinko's worlds with no true Identity. Slumping sales with a dieing business model unable to innovate. Lots of hours cut due to prior over hiring for planned growth that never happened. Poor communication at all business levels.

Pros

Days fly by. There really are no perks besides you can keep this job globally and it is hard to be fired.

Cons

Hours, pay, upper mgmt, ignorant customers, The list goes on. Stay away unless you absolutely need to. They do not fire the idiots.

Working with customers & team members. Close location.

Cons

Giving 8 cent refunds, showing people how to use a computer and helping idiots us a simple copier and fax machine, is wasteful and time consuming. Self Serve is not Self Serve it's Full Service and Full Service is While-you-Wait or in 4 hours, Done Right, On Time or It's Free? Yes We Can ! - No We Can't ! Team Members = Jump through Hoops and Speak like a Monkeys when Needed.
