      They let you do what you want with little to no supervision.

      Cons

      After they don't supervise you, train you or follow up they expect you to know how things work.

      Pros

      Tell people you work for FedEx and they THINK you have a good job

      Cons

      Low pay for the work that you are required to do. Training is all computer based and little staff to help train when needed. Someone quits and there is no one to cover; long hours alone!!! People are very nasty and you just have to smile and deal with it. No matter how much you complain- NOTHING will be done. Upper Management does nothing for the employees other than spout off policy and procedure. Horrible equipment !! A billion dollar a year company and their pay raises are VERY little !!

      Pros

      Compensation ok, given it is basically a retail environment. Lot's of opportunity and support for personal growth, work/life balance. Tuition assistance. Always busy.

      Cons

      Depending on your position with the company, you need to be open to relocation in order to advance. Entitlement mentality runs rampant among entry level employees, Corporate employees don't have a clue what it is like to work in the field. Same as everywhere.
