Pros
It’s a fun place to work at! I have not worked many jobs but I love FedEx Office! It’s so great doing a multitude of different things like printing and shipping, and I get to talk with the great customers! I don’t get bored often and am driven to do my best even without being told to. I love my team they’re fantastic to work with! It’s great pay as well! I also love the free snacks too!
Cons
Not too many, but there is still some. I am relatively new here and even though I want to and need to learn things, I sometimes feel as if I’m thrown into situations where I don’t know much and make the customer worried due to my lack of knowledge. Also, I feel as though my team is lacking in the customer service department a bit, but they are great besides that!
