Pros

You have FXO and their other services in your resume. Decent pay if you want to get your professional career going.

Cons

Being able to multi-task is essential in this line of work which means you are working on time-sensitive orders, while servicing the customer queue, answering incoming calls, helping with the FedEx drop off, and assisting self-service customers all at the same time. This could be even more stressful when the location may be short staffed.

Pay is good for position. Management is competent and in some cases very good

Cons

Some locations are understaffed and therefore the workload is very big. Turnover in understaffed stores is also somewhat high
