Pros
If you work with a great team that all have common goals, this is a great place to work. FedEx Office values putting the customer first, thinking of creative solutions and doing the right thing. They encourage growth in a company and I have firsthand experienced it being promoted 3 times within 3 years just based on performance reviews. Pay is competitive and negotiable if you know your worth and do your job well.
Cons
If you work with a team that is apathetic, doesn't want to learn or just is there for a paycheck, it makes it difficult to do your job. FedEx Offices rely on teamwork in order to accomplish anything meaningful. Ask lots of questions about the team you'll be joining before settling at a location.
