Pros

This company pays decent once you are established. The benefits are decent as well. This is a company where if you can do well in, it is a great professional experience to get a much better job in the future.

Cons

The work expectations are extreme. Stores are severely understaffed and team members are expected to work a lot overtime at different locations. There will be no such thing as work/life balance. Metrics are a big focus. You are not a human. You are a machine. Your time, family, and any life commitments are of no concern.

There are no pros besides jobs security they are desperate keeping ppl. but cant pay them more.

Cons

Overworked Underpayed Sell! Sell! Sell! w/ no incentive No flexible schedule No Consistency Need to know multiple Systems that only Fedex you cannot be taught outside of Fedex You cannot study anything new in shipping or production

Pros

Good benefits. Dental, medical and vision. 401k. Can't complain too much about that. That's about it.

Cons

Pay is far too low for the amount of responsibilities you have and all the hats you need to wear. Company relies too much on surveys that they never read. Bad reviews are usually never about the store and employees themselves but about equipment issues that we have no control over. The companies' customer service line is useless and it feels like they aren't really trained to help us or the customers. Too much misinformation is being passed. Also, the branches don't communicate that well and seem to be at odds with each other.
