Pros
- as a full time employee I was always given 35 or more hours - great benefits, including college scholarship - met some great people over the years of working there - very diverse
Cons
-never wanted to work with your schedule, even if you were a student (so could never use college scholarship offered) -work environment was extremely unprofessional at times -pay rates were never fair, you would train people making 2/3 dollars more than you -management do not want to get involved with resolving issues of any sort (people would have to go up to hr to be heard) -promotions were based off favoritism and not merit -handled the COVID epidemic terribly (showed they really did not care about their employees) -work came first no matter how sick you were, if you had a family emergency, etc. -
