Pros

Some team selling and customer service support offered.

Cons

Employees are treated unfairly, bullied and graded on moving expectations. Sales bonuses were straight up stolen right out of the pockets from the sales force that worked hard to meet goals and then goals retro-changed unfairly with underperforming accounts to lessen sales results.

Pros

Slightly above average pay, good benefits for full time employees.

Cons

Poor and biased leadership. Promotions are not for the deserving, merely the current favorite. Typical retail job with no appreciation for the standard position.

Managers are Slaves

Pros

Benefits. And work life when fully staffed.

Cons

I have worked for FedEx office for over 10 years and while i love the company itself, the politics in being a manager is horrible and very stressful. If you dont have the employees guess what you have to work. I was tired of hiring outsiders at more pay than current employees and I was tired of working like a slave for less than what I was worth. Especially being salaried "free labor". I have been declined jobs because I didnt have enough experience just to find out that they hired someone outside the company. I once had an interview managing a high end client and was turned down because they thought I wasnt a good fit, questionable seeing how one of the people on the interview panel had only been with the company for 4 months. How? How can someone 4 months into a company tell a 10 year team member that they are not qualified. No support! Only promotions if you know someone and they know someone. You have to ask permission to apply for jobs, we are grown! They recently raised our sales plans but reduced our incentives. Not fair. Working harder for less payout. Have to wait 4 months for a bonus if you meet sales. You get wrote up for not getting enough surveys, hello not something you can control, team members can be late without notification, can call in when they want and you cant say anything bu0
