Seriously, who are they paying to LIE on all of these "best job ever" reviews!? I worked here for 8 months and I was so miserable everyday!!! Your training is almost non- existent, stating that EVERY store is understaffed and overworked. Nobody has time to teach you anything and you'll be treated like you're an idiot because you don't know! Management is lazy and hardly wants to help run the already understaffed store and sits in the office all day starring at you on camera as if you work for a Federal Money Printing Center and finds anything possible to write you up about! While chilling and gambeling online! Smh. Seriously, this is a copy and print center, why do we need to be watched like inmates, is it really that serious!? They force you to take out garbages and boxes, build custom boxes (which is not easy), mop, sweep, dust and clean the entire store, including the bathrooms! One day at my center a pipe busted in the bathroom and it was covered in feces and tape worms and one of the managers there made one of the employees clean it! Really? That's a health hazard and should've been handled professionally! You do NOT pay us enough to be FedEx Janitorial service! This place is extremely stressful and unorganized to be retail and you'll be treated like trash by rude and impatient customers almost daily! Most of managers are jerks that think they're better than you and most of them hardly make $3 more than you! In my 8 months here, I've seen at least 5 assistant managers demote themselves because of the stress! There have been days where I have cried in the bathroom because I hated this place so much but couldn't leave because I had rent and bills to pay! If you are thinking about applying here, DON'T! This place always has open positions everywhere because nobody wants to put up with working here, everyone quits! The turn around time here is rediculous! I've seen fellow employees go above and beyond and overlooked multiple times when trying to move up, and room for advancement here is unlikely unless you're kissing someone's you know what! Everyone that works here is miserable and wants out, including the few honest, supportive managers that are a needle in a haystack to come by! I could go on and on about how HORRIBLE this place is and how poorly you'll be treated and paid for the amount of work and responsibilities that you have! Please do yourself a favor and seek employment elsewhere! You will work hard everyday and MAYBE get a 5 cent raise every year or so if you're lucky! I don't recommend this place to anyone!!
