      Pros

      You will learn a lot and it will be well worth it in the long run. From this job I've learned how to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, managers, higher-ups demigods. If you aren't proficient with the computer you will be after a few months of working there or at least have more knowledge before coming into the company.

      Cons

      The pay is minimum wage to a few dollars more depending on where you live, type of job your interviewing for and your overall experience and talent.

      Hopefully technology will force this company out of business soon.

      Cons

      Low pay. Nazi type work environment. Complete abuse to all who are not in management, but good managers are also thrown under the bus quite a bit. Dead end job mentality. They talk about promoting from within a lot but only do so after firing someone else. High turn over. Worst management I've ever seen. Takes advantage of employees every chance they get. Worst Job Ever!
