      Benefits, high caliber co workers. Number of locations.

      Micro management; constantly shifting priorities. Managers are task saturated and have little if any time to focus on sales.

      Pros

      Nothing unless you enjoy being treated like crap. **Note: My manager is great but not even he have the power to control what the stockholders and corporate do.

      Cons

      Want a bonus your blood sweat and tears isn't enough if you want a bonus you best to sell sell SELL and earn a 1 or 2 dollar commission om each sale. Last time I checked bonus was when a company show appreciation for your work and dedication to them. AH thats right they don't appreciate their employees. Silly employee, bonuses is for corporate staff.
