Pros

Interesting field to work in.

Cons

Force rookies to work alone on shifts . No useful training provided to staff on printing and production. You are basically on your own until they force you out or you resign.

Pros

Job security and the ability to relocate nationally. Retail hours more flexible than traditional retail. Management enjoys most weekends off.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive, accountable for sales goals which are not incentivised, deteriorating health insurance benefits and merit/performance raises, constant turnover resulting in ongoing staffing challenges, inability to be considered an internal employee in relation to other opco's such as FedEx Express or Ground. Unrealistic and inadequate payroll budgets. No payroll budget for trainings, meetings, conference calls, staffing, or anything outside of sales floor coverage
