Pros
You'll get stronger and you're given a grace period when you're just starting to figure things out. Expect to have a bad time but that higher ups will be understanding and possibly supportive about it. Just don't expect them to baby you either.
Cons
You'll barely be managed. You'll have a trainer teach you what to do, but your coworkers have their own plans for how they're going to do it. Expect a mix of good and bad people to work with and learn to work with both.
