FedEx cares about their people and they make every effort to come through even in tough times. FedEx is a large company with lots of opportunities and awesome brand recognition. Amazing focus on work life balance!

Cons

Salaries are slightly lower than market but the job security and people service profit lifestyle really makes up for that! Satellite locations may have lesser opportunities.
