Very hard to advance, if you haven't worked there for 10+ years getting promoted into management is unlikely. Senior roles like director and above are entirely promoted from within. Tenure is king

Good pay. People, Service, Profit. fedex always make sure their people are took into account. Benefits include bank holidays and weekends off, bonus every quarter if targets met, jobs opportunities .

Busy, sometimes there is too much work for capacity.
