      it was cool while in school

      Pros

      it was high paying think less job it was flexible with hours so i was able to finish school soon.

      Cons

      hard labor, didn't get to interact with co workers benefits take a long time to get and you never get praise for your hardwork

      Pros

      Be open minded and a positive to learning and flexible change. The work pace is fast and furious at times.

      Cons

      The hours for supervisors and operations managers can be long but very challenging. Sometimes it would appear the human element is overlooked.

      Pros

      Great place to learn a skill. Shipping Discount Merchandise discounts Portable Pension plan and free coffee. Direct Management is generally okay

      Cons

      Lack of respect for employees at remote work sites. If you are not in Memphis or Colorado Springs forget about promotions. In my 15 years only 2 employees made it past manager and only 10 made it to manager. Frequent purges of senior exempt employees to avoid paying pensions. Anti work attitude by senior management. Lots of promises, few deliveries. Often senior management takes credit for their employees ideas and successes.
