Limited work week as we are insides sales Good Benefits package starts first day of work two week off as soon as you start great people

Unreasonable sales goal, does not take into account certain markets On the phone constantly

Pros

The best reason hands down are the medical benefits. If you are in school then tuition reimbursement is also a good perk to working at Fedex

Cons

Not many hours available to work on your shift in most cases. Not easy to go full time. Learning how to deal with the different personalities of all the people on a nightly basis.

Cons

Peak can be challenging, but it is also when the brightest stars shine. Also the competitive nature of the company can spark drama.
