Pros
Scheduled raises, and good pay and benefits as well! Management is competent and well-trained, and leads by example - they're not afraid to throw a few boxes themselves! The work schedule is consistent, so working another job or going to school is easy.
Cons
Only two, sort-of: 1) Because of the conveyors and other machinery, increased safety awareness is a must - no paper cuts here. 2) Heavy workload - I lost 25 lbs my first two weeks; not for those with weak muscles, heart, or lungs.
