Pros

Flexible hours due to 24 hour operation. Friendly environment. Good benefits and career advancement opportunities. Executive managment is very good and experienced.

Cons

Long hours, unfair treament by middle management, no training, on call 24 hours. Most of the action is overnight and the job requires time during day and at night.

Pros

Good pay for the industry Good benefits Odd hours work well around school or other job schedule

Cons

Management is only concerned with quotas and rankings. I have never felt fully trained to do my various tasks at work, actually, all of my training has come AFTER being written up for doing a job wrong that I was untrained to do. Managers are all competitive and will throw hourly employees under the bus to make life harder on other managers. Almost all positions becoming available are part time with a 6 to 7 year wait for full time work. Who can survive that long on part time? This is truly a "poop rolls downhill" job.
