Pros

Job security. Benifits are above average. Even though work hours are excessive the day goes by quick due to the amount of responsibilities and tasks involved.

Cons

Underpaid. Work hours are way too long in excess of 55 hours. Managers are constantly performing hourly work due to employee turn over and attendance issues.

Pros

Work hours are good for students or people who have another job. Inbound 4 AM to 8 AM Tuesday through Saturday. Outbound is from about 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday. $1000 Tuitition assistance every year for students after they have been employed for a year. Being a package handler is like being paid to work out.

Cons

Very fast paced. Very hot in the middle of the summer. Very cold in the middle of winter. A high burden is put on you at times because of the turnover rate.

Irregular work week (Tuesday - Saturday) Extremely physical work Your definitely need to get your own work clothes like Ben Davis or Dickies
