Looks good on your resume, and you get a lot of experience. It's a recognized employer worldwide, so you don't have to explain where you work.

Cons

Most of the managers suck, and a lot of them are "task masters". Majority of the business decisions are straight out of Dilbert.

Diversified place to work at. Very flexible. Very good benefit package. Lots of opportunity to learn by taking courses.

Cons

Very hard to move up. Most people will stay in their position for their entire career. If you are good at something, you will continue to do it day in day out.
