Pros

At my facility, the management is awesome and so friendly. It can be pretty busy and stressful at times, but it's nice because it's a great workout and you can learn everything pretty quickly.

Cons

The hours can be VERY early (start at 3 a.m. during peak season), but that's fine for some people.

Great benefits after 90 days, plenty of physical exercise, decent pay.

Cons

Physically demanding, less breaks, okay pay, can be stressful. Early mornings busier than outbound shift. Mediocre management.
