      High pay, 401K, Insurance, Easy Work

      Cons

      Poor Management Decisions! Management changes the rules to discipline workers differently. If your one of their favorites, your untouchable, but if not they will walk all over you. Very little room for advancements. Work a lot of overtime, and weekends. Most Teammates are not trustworthy.

      Since we have been re-branded to FedEx Supply Chain we have lost our once stellar culture, there is no clear direction on where we are going. Unless you are a manager, your just a number. Pay your people what they are worth and take the time to listen to them.
