Wonderful benefits; company has great reputation

Cons

= Salaries are not based on education or experience = No work/life balance; overtime mandatory with little notice = salary is non-negotiable and doesn't account for education or experience = if salaried, you have to be in your position a year before you can move up in the company = analysts are expected to drive forklifts and operate warehouse operative equipment (RF guns, picking, etc.)
