As a management member the employees are allowed to do as they please with few repercussions. You are more of an adult baby sitter than anything else. If you try to hold accountability your ability to lead will come in question. When layoff came there was no communication with the management team and all were left hanging.

What I did not like, was the topping of raises. I stayed at same pay for over 5 years because of it.
