      Easy work. Can be exciting. Pay is OK for what you do.

      Unpredictable hours. Repetitive motions. Can be difficult to move up within the company.

      Pros

      Nice facility, multiple shifts to choose from, management is great. Pay is on par with other facilities in the area.

      Cons

      Can be extremely long hours on busy days. Sometimes have to work weekends. Parking can be difficult due to number of people working.

      The benefits are okay for now.

      Cons

      Management can be abusive to employees and HR is completely ineffective. The workloads are not distributed evenly. With the recent acquisition taking over the operation of the company, the benefits have been greatly reduced. Look for this office to close before long.
