Well, if you come in as a temp don't ever expect to be hired on to the company, they will continuously make excuses as they drag out the process while most likely looking for more temps to replace you. They take advantage of those who come in motivated and who are wanting a career by filling your head with what we would recieve, meanwhile you bust your rearend harder than most of the actual employees just to be replaced after a few months. I myself was supposed to be hired onto the company months ago and heard excuse after excuse. Even a fellow co-worker who happened to be a senior there said that they will never hire temps due to them saving money on taking advantage of career hungry temps for a few months and consistently replacing them.
