consistent hours and a good base rate. The place is decent and the people are also nice but some are not of course.

Cons

Manual labour all day, dust is always present and summer times inside the trailer is the worst. but overall the place is not a bad place to start.

-Management is very polite and welcoming to all teammates -If you have any questions regarding training or on boarding to other roles in the facility, other team mates and leadership are able to answer as best as they can - lots of internal postings and room to get into roles in the warehouse
