Pros
- Co-workers were great - Lots of overtime if you want it
Cons
- Lots of people that bend the rules, creating an unsafe and dirty work environment - They expect you to constantly be able to drag/lift over 100 lbs - Upper management is corrupt - No available lockers so you need to keep your belongings in your vehicle - Stressful productivity tracking system that doesn't work well and will make your hard work go unnoticed or management will think you're slacking even if you're not - Poor heating and the trailers become freezers in the winter
