Cons

Total lack of job security/support. Most positions tied to 3rd party logistics accounts. If you lose the account, you lose your job, regardless of your performance.

Hours are fine most of the time, workload isn't very bad at all, environment is ok, and great co-workers.

Cons

Hours can be ridiculous at times, No OT at this time, management can be blunt and non empathetic at times, hourly rate could/should be way better.
