Pros

Benefits were great and co-workers were awesome.

Cons

No work/life balance, lots of mandatory overtime with minimal notice, 12 hours shifts with 2-2-3 schedule but seldomly got days off. Overtime was a full 12 hour shift as well.

Pros

Not many to list other than remote or hybrid possibilities.

Cons

Toxic management - Joel Turner is one of the worse managers I’ve had in a long time. Micromanaging and controlling also. Pay is okay, benefits are not good, and time off is mediocre, training is poor. Offensive language and poor atttitude.
