Pay was good for the industry

Cons

Management had no idea what happened on the floor. Treated workers with disabilties badly. Let certain people accrue several points, but writing other up if they happened to miss the same day a year later because it was a "pattern." Promised a bonus to work on a holiday, then only gave a fraction because people got done early.

- Exposure to a lot of different technology and applications - There is room for growth within the company - Access to paid training and courses for free - Looks good on a resume

Cons

- Depending on your location, it may sometimes feel like a skeleton crew for the amount of work - Pay could be higher. Only improves of you're getting promoted
