Pros

Great benefits, and really great staff to work with. Four day work week used to be three but still is very nice to have three days off.

Cons

The current management team, including supervisors, operations managers, and the general manager, appear to be lacking in commitment to the business, and this is having a noticeable impact. A year ago, the company replaced the former general manager and operations manager with the current team. Following this change, the new management reduced the workforce so drastically that they had to rehire some of the employees they had just let go within a week. This team has failed to bring in new business and has lost more clients than the previous management. Furthermore, they have made no effort to retain existing customers and have resorted to imposing additional charges in an attempt to increase profits. The imbalance between the workforce and the workload is evident; there are not enough employees to handle the amount of work required, yet management is reluctant to hire additional staff, placing undue strain on the current employees. The workload distribution is inconsistent, resulting in daily unpredictability. Supervisors are disconnected from the operational realities and often rely on other team members to solve problems. Additionally, there are insufficient supervisors available, making it extremely difficult to find assistance when needed. The Human Resources department is equally unhelpful. They frequently redirect employees to the help desk phone line rather than providing on-site support. This raises questions about the effectiveness of having an on-site HR team if they are unable to provide direct assistance.

Pros

Benefits are really good, and vacation and PT is solid.

Cons

Pay is 25% below industry average through the business and the reason is simple. They want their US IT employees to leave so they can be replaced with offshore resource.
