Management did not know how to speak to people. They often retaliated or “Confronted” you when you went to higher ups about their behavior. They never kept us updated on the Covid cases we had in the building putting us all at risk. The forklifts broke down often and we would barely have batteries when it came time to change. Management would micromanage and pick on the workers that would actually do their job but would say nothing to long term employees that did nothing. HR was NOT helpful during complaints.

Upper management is literally clueless and rely on supervisors to plan and execute every single aspect of the operation. If you have a question to ask management, you officially have flaws. As a supervisor you are Upper management, corporate level planner, full blown hr, employee relations, payroll/accounting, document writer, and a recruiter.
