      The HR department is in-house in case you have questions of need forms or information

      Cons

      When there is a problem or concern, the Managers, HRBP and staff are slow to handle in a timely manner. You have to complain and keep complaining until the matter gets the attention needed otherwise it will go by the wayside

      People are great to work with for most part

      Cons

      Just like any corporate setting.. communication can fail at times and being in a leadership role you're always gettinf bombarded with questions and issues from employees with no help from upper management

      Some nice people and sometimes a free breakfast

      Cons

      Long hours not knowing when you will work next till the last minute. Young managers in their twenties that don't know what they're doing. Dirty bathrooms with no toilet paper almost weekly. Told that you were just a number. No breaks in a 10-hour day. Fast-paced and very physical. Favoritism by management. Extremely hot in the summer and some lines didn't have a single fan.
