      The company provided a good career environment; educational opportunities are supported (tuition re-imbursement program); compensation and benefits package was competitive; work was interesting.

      Cons

      I can think of no major drawbacks to working for Federal-Mogul other than a decision of theirs to centralize one of their engineering departments.
