Pros

Decent pay in the region. The work is not hard, just repetitive. There were some awesome people that I worked with.

Cons

Scheduling seemed unfair when requesting time off or schedule swapping. Overtime since I had started the job metrics kept increasing which meant it became stressful overtime because of the demands in statistics. There was quite a big amount of favoritism in my call center. It's quite hard getting a spot where they may work with you if you plan on being a student while having that job. The balance of work and life feels uneven where you feel like work takes a big part of your energy.

Pros

The job is flexible in that it doesnt require bar passage and gives the title as a law clerk. Ideal for 3L's and those studying for the Bar.

Cons

There are no telework days, the salary is often lower then advertised and you do not gain any legal experience. The position is more so a data entry level position then a legal position.
