      Pros

      Our leadership at Federated is A+. Everything that has been promised, Federated has delivered on. Income Opportunity is amazing. I earned 150,000 my first year, roughly 165,000 my second, and wrapped up my third year just short of 200,000. In addition, was offered a leadership position after just 3 years top notch sales results.

      Cons

      None -- We have a fully funded pension plan, full benefits, 401k plan etc. I really cannot say anything bad about Federated

      Pros

      Truly uncapped compensation, ability to run your own business with the support a very stable, financially secure company with a great industry reputation behind you. Amazing training compared to the industry

      Cons

      Niche market player, when something doesn't fit the company's model perfectly they shy away quickly. Have a conservative approach fiscally, which has served the company very well but can be frustrating at times for sales people.

      The people we get to work with everyday. (clients, prospects, co-workers, leadership) Great income potential to start with and throughout your career. Very focused on our products and services. Training program will set you up for success. Ability to grow within the company within your current role or to pursue leadership roles throughout the company.

      Cons

      The company is made up of very competitive people that are always pushing each other to be better. This can become overwhelming at times. However, I've always felt support from my direct leadership to help support me through it. We are a 115 year old company that is doing our best to change with the times. It's just not going to happen overnight.
