Nearly every role is asked and expected to do too much. They throw a big number at new hires just to lure them in. It's a mutual company that does not pay dividends to clients. It's hard to be a MR and feel like a good and moral human. There's politics everywhere but especially here. If you ever decide to leave by choice you will be treated as a failure. They truly need to control the narrative at all times.
